H2O Swim Camp Information & Policy Dates & Times ● Monday 14th - Thursday 18th February 2025 ● 9.00am – 4.00pm Venue ● Bablake School, Coundon Road, CV1 4AU Requirements ● 1 named water bottle per child (there are facilities to re-fill) ● 1 named packed lunch per child (Please be conscious of nut allergies) ● 1 named bag with swimming kit and towel, goggles etc ● 1 named bag with: a jacket, sun cream, hat, etc ● We ask that children are toilet trained when attending H2O's Swim Camp's ● We are a no nuts camp, please ensure your child does not bring anything to camp containing nuts Clothing ● Suitable clothes for physical activities, including trainers ● Layers easy to make cooler or warmer weather dependant ● Suitable swimwear for poolside lesson & activities ● Please pack a spare pair of clothes (just incase!) Drop off and Pick up ● Drop off between 9.00am-9.15am at Bablake School (drop off point to be confirmed nearer the time) ● Pick up by 4.00pm from the drop off point. (please ensure your child is ticked off by a member of staff before leaving) ● Please note anybody later than 9.15am to arrive will need to contact a member of staff on the phone number provided as doors will be secured. Early drop off / late pick up ● We do not have early drop off and late pick up options available for this camp H2O Staff ● There will be a minimum of 4 members of staff per day (dependant on booking numbers) ● All staff fully qualified and DBS checked. ● A minimum of 1 first aider. ● Contact phone number for H2O staff is to be used in an emergency or for drop offs/pick ups, this will be given to you on the first day of the course. Summer Camp Prices H2O Members ● £30 Per Day / £115 Full Week (email admin@h2oss.co.uk for discount code) Non H2O Members (4 Days) £35 Per Day / £130 Full Week (4 Days) ● Full payment to be made upon booking to secure your child's space Policy ● Upon booking you will be asked if your child has any medical conditions, please ensure you explain anything that we need to know about regarding your child. ● If you choose to cancel your booking we need 48 hours notice to ensure a refund can be made. Failure to notify us will result in no refund being granted. We do ask that if you need to cancel due to medical, illness or isolating, that you email Ellie as soon as possible to arrange a credit note or alternative date.
