H2O Swim Camp Information & Policy Dates & Times ● October Half Term - (24th-28th October 2022) ● 9.00am – 3.30pm Requirements ● 1 named water bottle per child (there are facilities to re-fill) ● 1 named packed lunch per child ● 1 named bag with swimming kit and towel, goggles etc ● 1 named bag with: a jacket, sun cream, hat, etc ● We have a swimmer who has a severe nut allergy, please ensure that your child brings nothing containing nuts in their packed lunch. Clothing ● Suitable clothes for physical activities, including trainers ● Layers easy to make cooler or warmer weather dependant ● Suitable swimwear for poolside lesson & activities Drop off and Pick up ● Drop off between 9.00am-9.15am in the Performance Studio at West Coventry Academy. ● Pick up between 3.15pm-3:30pm from the Performance Studio. (please ensure your child is ticked off by a member of staff before leaving) ● Please note anybody later than 9.15am to arrive will need to contact a member of staff on the phone number provided as doors will be secured. Early drop off / late pick up ● This must be arranged prior to the day of the swim camp and will cost an extra fee of £5.00 per child. ● Earliest drop off is 8.30am ● Latest pick up is 4.00pm ● On arrival to drop off or pick up in these times please contact a member of staff on the number provided. H2O Staff ● There will be a minimum of 2 members of staff per day, 1 male and 1 female & 2 assistants (dependant on booking numbers) ● All staff fully qualified and DBS checked. ● A minimum of 1 first aider. ● Contact phone number for H2O staff is to be used in an emergency or for drop offs/pick ups, this will be given to you on the first day of the course. Summer Camp Prices ● £20 Per Day | £90 For All 5 Days ● Full payment to be made upon booking to secure your child's space Policy ● Consent/medical forms must be completed and returned in full prior to the swim camp, unfortunately if we do not have these completed, we cannot allow your child to take part. ● If you choose to cancel your booking we need 48 hours notice to ensure a refund can be made. Failure to notify us will result in no refund being granted. We do ask that if you need to cancel due to medical, illness or isolating, that you email Ellie as soon as possible to arrange a credit note or alternative date. • Face painting will be available on Tuesday 25th October. If you do not want your child to have their face painted please let us know on arrival.
